Imagecom, Inc., the parent company of ASPire3D, has a marketing agreement with
Continental DataGraphics (CDG), a wholly owned subsidiary of The Boeing Company. Under the terms of this agreement,
Continental DataGraphics (CDG) will add Imagecom’s FlexiDesign software capabilities to its current range of engineering
services offerings. Additionally, the two companies will work together to identify new business opportunities for 2D
to 3D conversion services, and will support joint marketing promotions activities such as trade shows, advertising,
and sales presentations.
