ASPire3D.com shall at its own discretion determine the "need to know". From time to time ASPire3D.com may examine and analyze Confidential Information for the internal purpose of improving its model translating and conversion service. Confidential Information will not include information that: (a) is already publicly known at time of disclosure or subsequently becomes publicly know, other than by an act or omission of ASPire3D.com; (b) is already known by ASPire3D.com at the time of disclosure; (c) is independently developed by ASPire3D.com without reference to the Confidential Information; or (d) is received by ASPire3D.com from a third party having the right to disseminate the information without restriction on disclosure. Further, even Confidential Information will be disclosed pursuant to Court order.The Information We Collect and How We Use It When you register to become a user of ASPire3D.com, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, company and phone number. We also ask for some information about your input CAD drawing and the CAD software that created it. When we process a conversion, we ask for your credit card and its expiration date. When you submit a drawing for conversion, we receive information about the model itself. We use the information we receive from you to process and fulfill your job, to notify you of your job status, and to internally analyze our conversion performance.We may also use the information we collect to occasionally notify you about important functionality changes to the Web site, new ASPire3D.com services, and special offers we think you'll find valuable. We may also use the information that you have provided to us to contact you to request more information about your experience using ASPire3D.com. If you send us personal correspondence, such as e-mails or letters, we may collect such information into a file specific to you. Protection When you pay for a conversion job from ASPire3D.com, we offer the use of a secure server. The secure server software ("SSS") encrypts all credit card information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all of the data we collect from you is protected against unauthorized access. ASPire3D.com offers SSS protection for models and other information that you submit to the site as well. Also, while ASPire3D.com uses industry standard efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal identifiable information and models, such as firewall, "perfect security" does not exist on the Internet. No absolute protection of such information exists on the Internet.We may use third party suppliers and service providers to facilitate our services. For example, we may outsource the operations of one or more aspects of our site to a supplier or service provider who performs services according to our requirements. In some instances, the service provider may collect information directly from you to assist us with performing our job for you. In these cases, you will be notified of the involvement of the supplier or service provider along with the and duration of said provider's involvement, and all information disclosures you make will be strictly optional on your part. When you upload a drawing, ASPire3D.com analyzes and modifies the drawing in significant ways. ASPire3D.com does not guarantee that the accuracy of the 3D model will be absolutely without imperfection although ASPire3D.com will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that the work will be of the highest quality.Disclosure to Third Parties ASPire3D.com does not sell, trade, or rent your personal in information to others. ASPire3D.com may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will include no personally identifying information.
